1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on https://suno-v5.com.
suno-v5.com provides digital AI music services, including account credits, subscriptions, generation access, generation history, downloads, and related music workflow tools. suno-v5.com is an independent AI music interface and is not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored by, or officially affiliated with Suno, Inc.
2. Digital Delivery
Paid services are delivered digitally through your account. Delivery may include:
- Credits added to your account
- Subscription access or plan entitlements
- AI music generation tasks and generation history
- Download access for generated audio or related files
- Billing, order, task, and account records showing the service was provided
Because the service is digital and may be consumed immediately, refund eligibility depends on purchase age, usage, delivery status, and compliance with our Terms of Service.
3. 7-Day Unused or Low-Use Refund Window
You may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase if:
- The plan, credits, or paid feature have not been materially used
- No substantial amount of credits has been consumed
- No significant generation volume has been completed
- No completed downloads, delivered files, or commercial delivery have been made
- The account has not violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use rules
Refunds under this section are reviewed case by case. Approval is not automatic, but our goal is to resolve genuine mistaken purchases and unused-plan issues fairly.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless required by applicable law, purchases are generally not refundable when:
- Credits have been substantially consumed
- Multiple music generations or premium tool tasks have been completed
- Generated files have been downloaded or otherwise delivered
- A subscription period has already provided meaningful access or usage
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
- The purchase was connected to abuse, fraud, automated misuse, policy violations, chargeback misuse, or attempts to bypass usage limits
- The issue is caused by user-provided prompts, lyrics, uploaded files, or third-party platform rules outside our control
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel recurring subscriptions from your account billing settings where available, or by contacting us at support@suno-v5.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period if digital access, credits, generation tasks, or downloads have already been delivered.
6. Service Failures and Duplicate Charges
We will review refund or credit-restoration requests for:
- Duplicate charges
- Payment processor errors
- Paid credits not delivered to the account
- Paid generation tasks that failed because of a verified system-side error
- Prolonged service unavailability that prevents reasonable use of a paid plan
Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund, restore credits, extend access, or provide another reasonable remedy.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@suno-v5.com with:
- The email address on your account
- The order ID, payment ID, or payment email if available
- Purchase date and plan name
- A short description of the issue
We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and account usage. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method where possible.
