4. Relationship to Suno, Inc. and Intellectual Property

Independent Service

- We do not claim to be Suno, Inc., and this Site is not an official Suno product, website, or company channel.
Ownership of Technology
- All underlying AI models, algorithms, and core technology for Suno’s music generation are owned by Suno, Inc. and/or its licensors.
- You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the underlying AI technology by using the Service.
Your Music and Content
- User-Generated Music: Subject to any applicable Suno or third-party terms, you retain the rights to the original music and content you create through the Service, to the extent allowed by law and your plan.
- License to Us: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your prompts, generated tracks, and other content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service (including debugging, analytics, anti-abuse, and showcasing with your explicit consent).
Respect for Third-Party IP
You agree not to infringe or misappropriate any third-party intellectual property rights when using the Service and to comply with all applicable Suno and third-party policies that may apply to the underlying technology.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
Mislead listeners with deepfakes, synthetic voices, or deceptive audio content without proper disclosure where required by law.
Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate the AI models, underlying source code, or proprietary algorithms.
Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or any technical protection measures.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service or any related systems.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping methods that violate our technical or rate-limit controls.

We may monitor usage (in compliance with our Privacy Policy) to detect abuse and protect the Service and other users.
